Mint Tenant provides tenant screening and verification services to landlords and property managers. Services may include automated screening reports, employment and landlord verifications, and rental insights.
Notice: Mint Tenant is not a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The insights and reports we provide are based solely on the information supplied by applicants and are intended for informational purposes only. Landlords are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local housing laws.
All files uploaded are handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personally identifiable information is encrypted and only used for the intended screening purpose. We do not sell or share user or applicant data with third parties.
All content, logos, processes, and technology associated with Mint Tenant are the property of Mint Tenant and may not be reproduced or repurposed without prior written consent.
Mint Tenant provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of any tenant report or automated insight.
In no event shall Mint Tenant be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to decisions made by landlords based on our reports. Mint Tenant's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mint Tenant, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or any applicable law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to conflict of law principles.
